With the exception of the final track, this was entirely improvised. In fact, Charles and I had never played together at all, even informally. Charles only asked that I listen carefully, and promised to do the same.

This recording has been gently remastered. I removed a couple spots where Charles' delay unit blew up causing harsh clipping, which allowed me to get a little more volume while retaining the wide dynamic range of the performance.
